With graduate qualifications in counselling Anna has over ten years experience in the mental health space, working with people in a one-to-one capacity from a person-centred and trauma informed approach. Anna has extensive experience in exploring motivation, context and behaviour, and takes a practical approach to create strategies and interventions that meet participants where they’re at, and to build skills and confidence to make positive change. She also has experience writing and delivering courses and training, and enjoys working within teams to conduct training and education and to ensure a holistic approach.
